The object is a megaphone made entirely out of 100% natural honey. In many cultures, honey is not merely a product, but a substance charged with allegorical meaning. This is reflected in expressions such as “lips dripping with honey” or “speech pleasant to the ear”. Some religious texts also contain symbolic references in which pleasant, soothing speech is compared to honey, sweet to the soul.
